It has been an amazing 16 years but it is with sadness that Fruitworks has now closed for good. We are honoured to have helped over 500 different SMEs over the last 16 years here in Canterbury, as well as hosting countless events and meetings in our rooms, and of course meet ups in our coffee shop.

A beautiful 10,000^sqft victorian warehouse

Fruitworks is the first and only coworking space located within Canterbury's city centre just 30 seconds from the high street. We are based in a beautiful Victorian warehouse that we carefully restored ourselves (mostly). Fruitworks is a hub of creativity and innovation, and we have diverse members that make our community unique.

Coworking Space

Our coworking areas are fully open plan offering a lot of flexibility for individuals and teams. When you become a member you gain access to use of our members meeting room, super-fast WiFi, professional mailing address, free tea & coffee, use of two chill-out areas & access to our events plus a community of really awesome people who have so much to offer you.

Studios & Fixed Desks

If you need a more fixed type of set up then we got you covered with private studios and spaces which can be shared or fully occupied on short term memberships. Our studios and fixed desks offer all the benefits of coworking along with the guarantee of a reserved space every day, as well as a dedicated break out areas for studio members only.

Event & Meeting Spaces

Our conference room can sit up to 14 people and offers a 43" screen, conference speaker and mic and much more. Our event space can sit up to 55 people or standing up to 80 and boasts a custom built stage, projector, colour changing lights and more to create the perfect setting for your next event or meeting.

Coffee Shop

Our coffee shop is open to the public as a perfect space for those more informal meetings or just catch ups over some of the best locally roasted coffee on the market. Our coffee shop also of course offers a range of other hot drinks, cold drinks, wide selection of (really good) food, and of course free & paid options of WiFi depending on your needs.
