ABOUT OUR CRAFT FAIR EVENTS

📅 Scheduling: We run on a first-booked, first-served basis. If you missed your chance to book this time, please let us know if you would like to be added to our waiting list in case a space becomes available.

⏰ Event Hours: Our craft fairs run from 10am to 3pm. We allow an hour for set up and close down, and you can get in from 9:00am to begin pitching.

💺 Spaces: We provide a 6-foot-wide area in our ground floor space. We also provide 1 standard 6-foot table (white). Stallholders can bring their own tables if they wish but must fit in the space allocated. We can provide chairs – just let us know when you arrive if you would like any to use during the booking.

💰 Pricing: One 6-foot pitch is just £10 (inc. VAT) per fair. Remember, it’s on a first-come, first-served basis, and pitch payment secures your spot. We allocate the pitches with fairness in mind. Please note that your pitch fee is non-refundable.

☕ Coffee Shop: We do have a coffee shop at Fruitworks where purchases can be made throughout the day. This means we are unable to provide stalls for those selling hot and cold drinks or those selling cakes at this time.

🅿️ Parking & Accessibility: As a central location in the City Centre, we do not have on-site parking. The closest car park is the Castle Street Car Park. We do have a ramp if those with walking impairments do require access into the space.

📢 Spread the Crafty Word: Leading up to the event, we are your personal marketing cheerleaders. We’ll shout from the virtual rooftops about all our participants, giving you the spotlight you deserve. And because sharing is caring, we’ll equip you with free marketing materials to spread the word far and wide too. Please do also send us stuff you would like us to share (we can’t share everything but will do as much as we can), and also tag us in your own posts for us to re-share
